red dress- connotates intense emotion. It connotates a faster heart beat,which is ironic because this song is about love. I also chose a red dress because it goes well with the artist's skin colour and hair. It will be the brightest colour in 98% of the shots so all the attention is on the artist.
baggy cardigan-add a bit of 'indie/rock' to the artist
black lipstick-connotates authority and power. It is sometimes used in fashion to make people appear thinner. It is also stylish and timeless.

I have selected this actress because i know her well enough to direct her in each shot and she also has experience in dance and drama which will help in my music video.

Part of my music video will be shot in a plain white room filled with lights and lots of different coloured balloons.

Hessle train station

I decided to start my music video off set in the train station in Hessle,because part of the song is about travelling and trains are a way to travel. Also because It is not a very busy place so i am more than likely not to be disturbed or to have any problems.

 Field

The Ellie Goulding video inspired me to shoot some of my music video in a field,because it is very neutral and i think the background will make the audience focus on the artist because she is going to stand out.

for the first shot of the music video i am planning on having my artist spinning around and without a care in the world in a bright white dress so she stands out. I want to use the editing technique were it looks like her body is following behind her as she runs around.
