From asking this question i found out that the audience do take a lot of notice of the music video but they do not think it is as important.


after conducting this research i decided to base my music video on the audience of females,who are between the ages of 13-21. The most popular music genre was rock then pop so I'm going to have to include some rock elements. My music video is going to be long. It is going to be shot in the form of a narrative with some form of performance. I can now officially say that the song i am making a music video to is Vanessa Carlton A Thousand miles because my audience are familiar with this song. I'm going to do my best to make the artist like able because my artists watch music videos because they like the band. The most popular choice of clothing to put my artist in was a dress and jeans. I'm going to see what the actress I'm using feels more comfortable in but myself i think she should wear the dress because that is the generic conventions of pop looking stereotypically girly. The music video is important with a song so i am going to try my hardest to make it a successful promotional music video.
